I’ll say it until the end of time, I love when my friends become clients and my clients become friends!! It makes for the best wedding days! Kara & Cody were married last February at the always stunning Dream Point Ranch in Bixby, Oklahoma! Their winter wedding was planned fast and to perfection and gave us the best excuse to celebrate two of the kindest people you will ever meet!

I met Kara during my time at OU thanks to Gamma Phi and later had the honor of her becoming my “big”! Everyone who knows her knows she is full of joy, kindness, spunk, and compassion! She is always a joy to be around, but she was even better as a bride! Kara & Cody are high school sweethearts which made getting to see all of the people come together that had impacted their relationship that much sweeter. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room or a face without a smile!

It’s no secret that I’m a sucker for emotional and sentimental wedding days! Candid wedding photos are always some of my favorite images. This Tulsa Wedding was full of emotional moments that made me tear up more times than I can count! It all started with the first looks. Though Kara & Cody decided not to see each other before the wedding Kara still wanted those special moments with her dad and Grandfather. You guys, just wait until you see the photos! The tears were real for me!!

As always it was so fun getting to work with some amazing Tulsa Wedding Vendors! Dream Point Ranch is one of my favorite Tulsa wedding venues thanks to the all white walls, amazing staff, and the most beautiful views! Even in the winter the hillside makes the perfect backdrop for photos! Ever Something brought the color for this one and had me swooning with the red hues! There is nothing that can brighten up a February wedding quite like colorful flowers!

One of my favorite moments of the night was when Kara & Cody donned stick on mustaches and were picked up into the most extravagant wedding crowd surfing you have ever seen! Thought I was a bit nervous I must say it made for great photos 😉
