Persian American Wedding at Coles Garden

Nickoo + Austin were married in September and participated in both Persian and American ceremonies in the garden at Coles Garden. A little known fact about me is that I minored in Middle Eastern Studies in college. So anytime I get to photograph a Persian wedding I am GIDDY! The elegant layouts of the Sufrah tables are always so beautiful and filled with important (and yummy) details! The sealing of the marriage with honey is such a sweet element to me!
Nickoo had the perfect classic bridal style and was a dream in front of the camera! The Oklahoma wind was out in full force on their wedding day but that didn’t stop Nickoo from looking like an angel! Her ballgown from Bridal Boutique Norman was the perfect fit for their modern and elegant wedding! One of Nickoo’s bridesmaids recently opened a brick and mortar custom bridal shop in OKC, Avari Bridal. They made her beautiful veil and the perfect custom jean jacket for their bubble exit!
Coles Garden is such a popular wedding venue in OKC for several good reasons! The gardens are incredible, the ballroom is classic and elegant, and the bridal suite can fit ALL of your gal pals. What’s not to love! N + A dressed up the venue with the help of Savannah from Savvy Social Co and Tammie Designs. The neutral color palette with pops of pink was perfect for their early fall wedding.
